Principal Investigator: Peter Wells, M.D. Location: Baylor Heart and Vascular Hosptial Sponsor: Baylor Heart and Vascular Hospital Inclusion Criteria: Patients who have arrhythmias due to an accessory pathway who are going to the EP lab for intracardiac ablation. Exclusion Criteria: Age less than 12 or greater than 80 years; weight less than 30 kg.; prior ablation targeted at an accessory pathway; problems with the IVC; prosthetic tricuspid, aortic, or mitral valves; unstable angina; patients who cannot have antiarrhythmic drugs discontinued.
