Principal Investigator: Peter Wells, M.D. Location: Baylor Heart and Vascular Hosptial Sponsor: Baylor Heart and Vascular Hospital Inclusion Criteria: Patients with left-sided accessory pathways referred to the EP laboratory for intracardiac ablation. Exclusion Criteria: Age less than 12 or greater than 80; weight less than 30 kg.; previous attempted ablation targeting an accessory pathway; IVC problems; pre-existing biventricular device; prosthetic tricuspid valve; allergy to contrast; creatinine greater than 2.0; active angina; patients who cannot come off antiarrhythmic drugs after the study.
