Primary Objective: The purpose of the study is to characterize the post-implant performance of the InSync ICD CRT system. This is a non-randomized, multi-center study to characterize the post market InSync ICD CRT system performance.

The goals of the InSync ICD Registry are:

  • To characterize the incidence of all-cause and cause-specific mortality during three years post-implant.
  • To characterize the incidence of chronic left ventricular lead failures during three years post-implant.
  • To characterize left ventricular lead R-wave amplitudes during three years post-implant.
  • To characterize left ventricular lead pacing thresholds during three years post-implant.
