Principal Investigator: Peter Wells, M.D. Location: Baylor Heart and Vascular Hosptial Sponsor: Baylor Heart and Vascular Hospital Inclusion Criteria: Patients referred to the EP lab for ablation of the AV conduction system and permanent pacing who are at least 18 years of age. Exclusion Criteria: Prior attempted AV node ablation; coagulopathy; mechanical tricuspid or aortic valves; problems with the IVC; inability to discontinue antiarrhythmic drugs following the procedure.
