This section of our web site is devoted to you, our patients, to help serve your needs. Many patients have multiple questions regarding their appointment. These questions concern such administrative issues such as patient registration, and what to expect and bring during a first visit. Others are more clinical in nature involving cardiac testing and post-procedure instructions. Some patients want a trusted informational resource to explore on their own specific cardiac conditions, anatomy, physiology, and treatment. Finally, many patients desire a way of interacting with the office that is more convenient, efficient and saves time. This section of our site is an attempt to meet and exceed those needs. The various links on the left side bar are intended to enhance and add value to the HeartPlace experience for our patients. Please explore at your leisure the various categories. Updates and enhancements will be made on an on-going and regular basis, so you may wish to re-visit often.

 In the next few months we will be adding an exciting feature to the site, an internet secure Patient Portal. With the addition of the Patient Portal, each patient will be given their own individual account accessible by a unique self-assigned username and password. Patients will be able to perform such web based functions such as Prescription Refill Requests, and Appointment Requests. Others will include the ability to review their recent test results and lab results on-line. Still other features will include the ability to update patient demographic and registration information as changes occur. This is an exciting new feature which will significantly enhance the service and care we provide to you, our patients. Again, the Patient Portal should be rolled out in the next few months so stay tuned.
