This section of our web site is devoted to you, our referring physicians, to help serve your needs. On this site you will find user friendly links that allow you to learn about the broad spectrum of cardiovascular services and cutting edge clinical trial opportunities offered by HeartPlace physicians.  We know how frustrating it can be to identify a cardiologist for a patient from a specific insurance plan. In order to help you verify in-network status, we have created a link that allows you to confirm HeartPlace insurance plan participation by both individual physician and by specific insurance carrier. We try to make it easier for you to refer a patient to one of our physicians by offering you Referral Request forms that are individualized for each one of our offices. You may download, complete, and return the Referral Request via fax with a minimum of effort. Most physicians desire a way of interacting with their consultants that is more convenient, efficient and saves time. This section of our site is an attempt to meet and exceed those needs. The various links on the left side bar are intended to enhance and add value to your HeartPlace relationship. Please explore at your leisure the various sections. Updates and enhancements will be made on an on-going and regular basis, so you may wish to re-visit often.

 In the next few months we will be adding an exciting feature to the site, an internet secure Physician Portal. With the addition of the Physician Portal, you, our referring physician will be given your own individual account accessible by a unique self-assigned username and password. You will be able to perform such web based functions such as Referral Request and Appointment status Verification. You will be able to review recent test results and lab results on-line for your patients that have been referred. In a way, this Physician Portal makes our office a virtual extension of your office. This is an exciting new feature which will significantly enhance the service we provide to you, our referring physician. Again, the Physician Portal should be rolled out in the next few months so stay tuned.
