Dr. Anwar received his Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Medicine. He completed his Internship in Internal Medicine and his Residency in Internal Medicine at Baylor University Medical Center. He completed his Fellowship in Cardiology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He completed his Senior Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at the San Francisco Heart Institute.
