Shelley A. Hall, M.D., is the Director of Heart Transplant Services for HeartPlace. Board-certified in internal medicine and cardiology, she studied medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. She did both her residency in internal medicine and her fellowship in cardiology at UT Southwestern, with subspecialty training in transplant cardiology and congestive heart failure. Dr. Hall is a member of the American Medical Association, the Heart failure Society of America, the Texas Medical Association, the Dallas County Medical Society, the American College of Cardiology, the American Society of Transplantation, and the International Society of Heart and Lung Transplantation. As Director of Heart Transplant Services for HeartPlace, she specializes in the care and treatment of congestive heart failure patients. Dr. Hall works directs the active transplant center at the Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas and is medical director of Baylor's LVAD program..
