Personal Narrative:
Dr. Scott Greenberg specializes in the evaluation and medical management of heart rhythm problems. When necessary, he utilizes the latest technology to perform minimally-invasive catheter ablation of abnormal heart rhythm circuits. He is a skilled implanter of devices designed to treat heart rhythm disturbances (pacemakers, defibrillators) and improve the quality of life of patients with congestive heart failure (bi-ventricular pacemakers/cardiac resynchronization therapy). Dr. Greenberg is an active researcher and has co-authored several publications on topics ranging from preventative defibrillator therapy in patients at high risk of sudden death to ablative therapy utilizing remote controlled catheter navigation. He completed his B.A. in Biochemical Sciences in 1995, from Harvard University and specializes in all aspects of cardiology with a special interest in cardiac arrhythmias.
