Dr. Miller is a senior aviation medical examiner whose practice is limited to meeting the unique cardiovascular needs of the professional pilot. He has proudly served as an FAA cardiovascular consultant and educator under five federal air surgeons.
Dr. Miller is an active instrument rated pilot with over 2000 flight hours who has also flown multiple full motion airline simulators. He fully understands the demands of aviation professionals.
Dr. Miller is a fellow of the Civil Aviation Medical Association having served as a board member and vice president for education with that organization.
He has held board certification in cardiology, interventional cardiology, critical care medicine, and internal medicine. In addition to flying, his interests include motorcycling, bicycling, exercise training, scuba diving and travel.
