Ivy Kusi, DNP, APRN, AGACNP-BC, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based cardiovascular care. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (Cizik School of Nursing) and brings a strong foundation in critical care, acute care, and outpatient specialty practice.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Ivy spent several years caring for critically ill patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), where she developed extensive experience managing complex cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, and multisystem conditions. Her nursing background also includes cardiac rehabilitation and stress testing, providing her with valuable experience in cardiovascular diagnostics, patient education, and preventive care.

Ivy is passionate about partnering with patients to improve cardiovascular health through preventive medicine, evidence-based treatment, patient education, and shared decision-making. She is committed to helping patients understand their conditions and empowering them to achieve their long-term health goals.
