Jessica Wolf, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered cardiovascular care. She sees patients at HeartPlace's Bedford Imaging Clinic, where she partners with physicians to help patients manage heart and vascular conditions through personalized treatment and education.

Jessica brings nearly a decade of nursing experience to her role. Before joining HeartPlace in 2024, she served as an Advanced Practice Nurse with Dallas Nephrology Associates, following more than five years as a registered nurse with Baylor Scott & White Health. Her diverse clinical background has equipped her with extensive experience caring for patients with complex, chronic medical conditions.

Jessica earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from The University of Texas at Arlington. She is committed to building meaningful relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their best possible cardiovascular health through evidence-based, individualized care.
