Dr. Majid Asawaeer is a board-certified interventional cardiologist specializing in the care of complex coronary artery disease, percutaneous coronary intervention, and peripheral arterial and venous endovascular interventions. His clinical interests include the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency, varicose veins (including endovenous vein ablation), and lymphedema, as well as comprehensive general cardiology care and medical management of arrhythmias.

He is board certified in vascular ultrasound interpretation and emphasizes evidence-based, minimally invasive therapies with a strong commitment to safety, precision, clear communication, and individualized patient-centered care. Dr. Asawaeer also serves as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at TCU Burnett School of Medicine and UNT Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine (TCOM).

Outside of medicine, Dr. Asawaeer enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with his family, and values strong connections with the communities he serves.
